Bahar is a Master of Public Health candidate at the School of Public Health in the Department of Chronic Disease Epidemiology (Class of 2026). Originally from Olympia, Washington, she graduated from Yale last year with a BS in MCDB and is a proud Stilesian. During her time at Yale, she served as Historian on the Ezra Stiles Class Council, led the Yale Undergraduate Prison Project, and worked with the SEICHE Center for Health and Justice. Broadly, Bahar is interested in the intersections between molecular biology and environmental health and aims to address health disparities as a future physician–public health practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys hiking up East Rock, visiting the many cafes in New Haven (shoutout Jitter Bus), and cooking with friends. Bahar is very excited to return to Stiles and is happy to talk to anyone about public health, applying to grad school, life at Yale, or anything else! GFM!
